REHAU Rauvipex Rubber End Cap - UNO & DUO Pipe

Description

REHAU RAUVIPEX Rubber End Caps are designed to protect the exposed PUR insulation where the PE-Xa carrier pipework exits the outer casing.

Fitted over the prepared pipe end, the flexible rubber end cap forms a close fit around the outer casing and carrier pipework. This helps prevent moisture, dirt, debris and vermin from entering the insulation at building entries and termination points.

Options are available for RAUVIPEX UNO and DUO pipes. Each end cap must be matched to the pipe configuration, carrier-pipe size and outer-casing diameter.

Available Options

  • UNO 25–40mm / 100mm: For RAUVIPEX UNO 25mm, 32mm and 40mm carrier pipes with a 100mm outer casing
  • UNO 50mm / 125mm: For RAUVIPEX UNO 50mm carrier pipe with a 125mm outer casing
  • DUO 20+20mm–32+32mm / 125mm: For RAUVIPEX DUO 20+20mm, 25+25mm and 32+32mm carrier pipes with a 125mm outer casing
  • DUO 40+40mm / 150mm: For RAUVIPEX DUO 40+40mm carrier pipes with a 150mm outer casing
  • DUO 50+50mm / 175mm: For RAUVIPEX DUO 50+50mm carrier pipes with a 175mm outer casing


Selecting the Correct End Cap

Select the end cap according to the RAUVIPEX pipe configuration, carrier-pipe size and outer-casing diameter. UNO end caps have one carrier-pipe opening, while DUO end caps have two openings for the flow and return pipes.

Please note: An appropriate end cap should be installed at each exposed pipe end. Check the selected option against the pipe specification and follow current REHAU preparation and installation instructions.
