UK & International Delivery Information
UK Mainland Orders
Free next working day delivery on orders over £100 (inc. VAT) placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Excludes Bank Holidays. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Orders under £100 incur a £10 delivery charge. Delivery is next working day after dispatch, subject to product lead times.
Please note: Delivery times are based on the dispatch date. While many items are in stock for immediate shipping, please refer to the specific lead times shown on product pages for items coming from manufacturers. Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside our control.

Uponor Ecoflex Pipe Deliveries
Dispatched directly from Uponor and subject to their schedule at the time of order. Delivery times may vary; next day delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
Pallet Deliveries
Please allow two working days for pallet delivery. Additional charges may apply for refused deliveries, absence at delivery, or redelivery requests. Bulk pallet or three-day services are available on request.
Non-Mainland UK Delivery
- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2–3 working days.
- Delivery charges for these areas are refundable within this timeframe. Batteries are removed from non-mainland deliveries due to carrier restrictions.
- Northern Ireland deliveries follow the Windsor Framework.
International & EU Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions and confirmed after order placement.
- Orders placed after 2pm (or after 3pm on Fridays) are dispatched the next working day.
- Typical delivery is 2–5 working days. Customers must complete any necessary customs forms.

Delivery Address & Tracking (FAQ)
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the delivery address.
Can delivery be made to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, if your card payment has passed security verification, it can be delivered to another address. This excludes PayPal payments.
Can I pay with PayPal?
We do accept PayPal; however, delivery will be made to the address on your PayPal account.
Will I get a designated delivery time?
With DPD Local, you will get a 1-hour delivery slot notification.
