Description

REHAU RAUVIPEX DUO is a flexible pre-insulated PE-Xa pipe designed to carry heating flow and return water within a single outer casing. Suitable for heat pump connections, district heating and communal heat networks, it combines reliable heat transfer with excellent insulation and easier installation.

The two durable PE-Xa carrier pipes are surrounded by fine-pored PUR foam insulation. This specially developed insulation provides a strong combination of thermal performance and bending flexibility, helping to reduce heat loss while making the pipe easier to handle and install.

RAUVIPEX features a fully welded longitudinal watertightness barrier, which helps protect the insulation against moisture penetration if the outer casing is locally damaged. Its robust corrugated outer jacket uses reinforced U-shaped crests for durability, combined with V-shaped troughs that allow the pipe to bend more easily.

By housing the flow and return pipes together, the DUO configuration reduces the space required compared with installing two separate UNO pipes. Its flexible coiled construction also enables longer continuous pipe runs with fewer underground connections, helping to reduce installation time and potential jointing points.

Ordering RAUVIPEX DUO Pipe

RAUVIPEX DUO contains two carrier pipes of the same size within one insulated outer casing. For example, 32+32mm represents one 32mm flow pipe and one 32mm return pipe.

Select the required carrier-pipe size and pipe length before ordering. Compatible REHAU end caps, connection fittings and joint-insulation components should be selected to match the chosen carrier-pipe and outer-casing dimensions.
