Unisenza PLUS Thermostat RF – 2 Channel

The Unisenza PLUS Thermostat RF is a wireless, programmable room thermostat for controlling heating or cooling and managing domestic hot-water schedules.

Its two-channel design eliminates the need for a separate hot-water programmer when installed with the compatible Unisenza PLUS Receiver RF. The thermostat communicates wirelessly via Zigbee 3.0 and is battery-powered, allowing flexible positioning without a wired connection to the Receiver.

When paired with the Unisenza PLUS Gateway and Receiver RF, the thermostat can be controlled remotely via the Unisenza PLUS app. It also supports OpenTherm modulation via the Receiver RF, enabling a compatible boiler to adjust its output to match the heating demand.

System Compatibility

The Thermostat RF is designed for use with the following Unisenza PLUS products:

• Unisenza PLUS Receiver RF
• Unisenza PLUS Gateway
• Unisenza PLUS Electronic Thermostatic Radiator Valve

A standard single-zone smart heating system requires one Thermostat RF, one Receiver RF and one Gateway. The Receiver connects the thermostat to the boiler, pump or zone valves, while the Gateway provides smartphone app and smart-home connectivity. You can buy the starter pack here.

An additional Thermostat RF can be added for a second heating zone. One thermostat can also be connected to and control up to six compatible Unisenza PLUS electronic thermostatic radiator valves.

Installation Information

Install the thermostat in a representative area of the room, away from direct sunlight, droughts and other sources of heat or cold that could affect the temperature reading.

Pair the thermostat with a compatible Unisenza PLUS Receiver RF to control the heating source and domestic hot water. A Unisenza PLUS Gateway is also required for app-based control, geolocation features and integration with compatible smart-home assistants.
