The MYSON Unisenza PLUS Central Heating Starter Pack includes the three core components needed to create a connected, single-zone heating control system: the Unisenza PLUS Gateway, Thermostat RF, and Receiver RF.

The wireless Thermostat RF controls the room temperature and can also manage domestic hot-water schedules, removing the need for a separate programmer on compatible systems. The Receiver RF connects the controls to the boiler, heat pump, pump or zone valves, while the Gateway provides remote access through the Unisenza PLUS app.

The Receiver supports standard on/off control and OpenTherm communication. When connected to a compatible OpenTherm boiler, the system can modulate the heat output according to demand for more responsive and efficient temperature control.

How the Starter Pack Works

The Thermostat RF monitors the room temperature and sends a wireless signal when heating is required. The Receiver RF then switches the connected boiler, heat pump, pump or zone valve on and off as required.

The Gateway connects the system to the Unisenza PLUS app through an internet router, allowing customers to adjust temperatures, set schedules and manage compatible hot-water controls from a smartphone or tablet.

Heating and hot-water schedules are stored locally, so the programmed schedule continues if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable. Remote access will remain unavailable until the internet connection is restored.

Expandable Heating Control

The starter pack controls one central heating zone. You can purchase a second Unisenza PLUS Thermostat RF separately to create a two-zone system, provided the heating system is suitably configured.

You can also add Unisenza PLUS Electronic Thermostatic Heads to provide individual temperature control for compatible radiators. The Thermostat RF can connect to and control up to six electronic thermostatic heads.

The Gateway supports up to 100 compatible Unisenza PLUS devices across the complete system, allowing you to expand the controls as requirements change.

Installation Information

The Gateway connects to the internet router using Wi-Fi or the supplied Ethernet cable. Position it centrally within the property and within wireless range of the other Unisenza PLUS devices.

Install the battery-powered Thermostat RF in a representative area of the room, away from droughts, direct sunlight, and other sources of heat or cold that could affect its temperature reading.

The Receiver RF requires a 230V electrical supply and must be correctly wired to the compatible heating equipment. A suitably qualified person should complete the installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
