Description

REHAU RAUTHERMEX DUO is a flexible, pre-insulated PE-Xa pipe designed to carry both flow and return heating water within a single outer casing. It provides an efficient solution for district heating networks, communal heating systems and connections between remote heat sources and buildings.

The two durable PE-Xa carrier pipes are surrounded by high-performance bonded PU foam insulation, helping to minimise heat loss across the network. Housing both pipes within one casing also simplifies installation and reduces the space required compared with installing two separate UNO pipes.

Its flexible construction allows long pipe runs to be installed with fewer underground joints, while the bonded pipe structure means that thermal expansion does not need to be compensated for below ground. RAUTHERMEX DUO is available in carrier-pipe sizes up to 75mm.

Ordering RAUTHERMEX DUO Pipe

RAUTHERMEX DUO contains two carrier pipes of the same size. For example, 32+32mm indicates one 32mm flow pipe and one 32mm return pipe within a shared insulated casing.

Select the required carrier-pipe size and pipe length before ordering. Please ensure that compatible REHAU end caps and connection fittings are selected for the chosen pipe size.
