The Uponor WGF SPI Valve Insert (1034556) is the internal mechanism found on the return manifold of many classic Uponor underfloor heating systems. Over time, limescale or system debris can cause the internal spring and pin to seize or the seal to perish, resulting in a zone that is permanently "on," permanently "off," or leaking into the actuator.
Replacing the insert is a cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire manifold, allowing for a targeted repair that restores the system's responsiveness.
