WARMUS 65mm Plastic Nails for Clamp Track – Pack of 100

The WARMUS Plastic Nail provides a secure mechanical fixing for underfloor heating clamp track installed over a suitable solid floor substrate.

Each nail measures 65mm in length and is installed into a pre-drilled 8mm hole. Once hammered into position, it helps hold the clamp track securely and prevents movement during the laying of the underfloor heating pipework.

The nails can be used as the main clamp-track fixing or to provide additional support where greater restraint is required within a screeded underfloor heating installation.

Installation Information

1. - Position the clamp track according to the underfloor heating pipe layout.
2. - Mark the required fixing positions through the track.
3. - Drill an 8mm hole to the appropriate depth.
4. - Clear any dust from the hole.
5. - Insert the plastic nail through the clamp track and carefully hammer it into position.

Before drilling, check for concealed pipes, cables and other services. Confirm that the substrate and drilling depth are suitable for the fixing.
