IMI Heatmiser neoStat 12V V3 – Low-Voltage Smart Control for Multi-Zone Systems

The neoStat 12V V3 is the low-voltage model within the latest generation of smart thermostats, designed for installations requiring a 12V powered unit with a volt-free output. Retaining the same contemporary interface as the 230V neoStat V3—including a clear backlit display and illuminated touch keys—it delivers intuitive and dependable control across a wide range of applications.

Optimised for use with the UH8-N Wiring Centre, the neoStat 12V V3 connects wirelessly to the neoHub to create a fully integrated multi-zone smart heating system. When paired with the neoHub (sold separately), the thermostat can be managed remotely via the neoApp and integrated with major smart-home ecosystems.

The neoStat 12V V3 offers the flexibility to operate either as a programmable thermostat or as a timer, enabling control of heating, towel rails, lighting, and other compatible low-voltage devices.
