WARMUS Double Heat Emission Plate – 1000 x 285mm for 16mm Pipe

The WARMUS Double Heat Emission Plate is designed to support effective heat distribution in wet underfloor heating systems installed within suspended timber or floating floor constructions.

Manufactured from aluminium, the plate conducts heat away from the underfloor heating pipe and distributes it across a larger area beneath the finished floor. This helps improve heat transfer and promotes a more even floor surface temperature.

Each plate incorporates two preformed channels for securely positioning 16mm underfloor heating pipe at 150mm centres. The double-channel design provides an efficient and consistent pipe layout while reducing the number of individual plates required.

Installation Information

Install the plates in accordance with the designed pipe layout, ensuring they are correctly supported and in close contact with the floor construction above. Press the 16mm pipe carefully into the preformed channels without damaging or distorting it.

Suitable insulation should be installed beneath the plates and pipework to reduce downward heat loss and direct more heat towards the occupied space.
