WARMUS Single Heat Emission Plate – 1250 x 280mm for 20mm Pipe

The WARMUS Single Heat Emission Plate is designed for wet underfloor heating systems installed within suspended timber or floating floor constructions.

Manufactured from aluminium, the plate transfers heat away from the underfloor heating pipe and distributes it across a larger area beneath the finished floor. This helps improve heat transfer and promotes a more even floor surface temperature.

The plate features a single preformed channel for securely positioning 20mm underfloor heating pipe. Its narrow, single-channel design offers flexibility when arranging pipework around joists, room edges and other installation constraints.

Installation Information

Install the plates in accordance with the designed pipe layout, ensuring they are correctly supported and in close contact with the floor construction above. Press the 20mm pipe carefully into the preformed channel without damaging or distorting it.

Suitable insulation should be installed beneath the plates and pipework to reduce downward heat loss and direct more heat towards the occupied space.

Plate quantities are indicative and will vary depending on the room dimensions, joist layout, pipe spacing, and underfloor heating design.
