The Polypipe Zonal Regulation Unit connects to the existing heating system and provides:

All Polypipe underfloor heating systems can be installed in single rooms and connected to your existing wet heating system. In rooms greater than 30m2 it is recommended that the connection to the underfloor heating system is made via a manifold and installed in the same way as a multiple room installation with single area control.

Water temperature control from 30°C to 60°C
The correct flow rate for the system
Automatically switches the built in thermostat on and off
A wiring connection for a room thermostat or a wireless sensor
Can operate the underfloor heated room independent of the existing heating system
