Delivery to the UK

We offer free next working day delivery on all orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday over  £100 inc VAT to UK mainland address. Orders for Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands can take 2-3 working days. For further information please get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp. Orders for pallets and Uponor Ecoflex pipes to offshore addresses can only be delivered to the port or agent. Please ensure delivery can be accepted as any charges for non-delivery and or re-delivery will be passed to you.

Saturday delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only. This option is available at checkout.

All other orders under £100 will incur a postage charge of £10. Some postcodes may attract an additional charge.

If your order contains items that are out of stock please advise us if you wish to have a part order sent out or the order sent in full. 

We can also arrange bulk items or pallet delivery on a three-day service. Costs will vary depending on the size of the order, so please get in touch with us for details.

Any shortages are to be notified within 3 days.

Any costs incurred for non-delivery of a pallet will be deducted from any refund. The costs for redelivery of a pallet are to be paid before delivery is made. This is to cover any costs incurred by Underfloor Store

Orders paid via PayPal will be sent to the address held by PayPal.

Delivery to the EU and the Rest of the World

We are happy to offer a 1-5 working day delivery to mainland Europe and most international countries. Additional carriage charges will apply.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. are despatched the next working day, so any orders received after 3 p.m. on a Friday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday for a 2-5 working day delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated via height, weight and depth and will be attributed to the order size. Once your order is placed, we will email you a confirmation of the shipping cost.

Whilst we can deliver outside the EU, please note that deliveries exiting the European Union can be subject to additional import duties and taxes when they arrive at their destination. We do not take responsibility for any customs charges that are levied in countries outside of the EU, and any such costs must be met by the customer.

If clearance forms are required for the product’s entry into the destination country, these must also be completed and filed by the customer. We would recommend that you investigate any additional charges this may incur, as we are unable to reimburse these costs.
